Yes, we can match the factory color or any custom color. We use color matching technology with the Automatchic Vision spectrophotometer uses the latest digital technology for precise, reliable color measurements. We have access to more than two million color and variants.

We coordinate with the insurance companies and rental status teams to update and extend as needed and provide updates for reason for extension.
If you were involved in an accident, and it was not your fault, we recommend requesting a rental vehicle for the time your vehicle is in the shop. If you were at fault, check your insurance policy if you have rental coverage.
Yes, we have established relationships with most insurance companies.
If the vehicle is not drivable before the repair process, hidden damage may only be visible after “full tear down” or disassembly of exterior parts. Additional repairs or “supplemental estimates” are approved only after “tear down”. If not an insurance claim, the customer will always be notified for approval before any additional expense. Note: Supplemental estimates are shops responsibility to obtain from insurance company.

Yes, unless we are missing a “foundation part”, in which case you will be notified.
It will drive the same, feel the same and look the same. Just keep in mind that there are some building processes that are not available outside the factory. We use state-of-the-art equipment that will restore your vehicle to pre-loss condition.
The availability of parts. Most all parts today are local in stock and available within one to two business days. However, there are specific vehicles that have part delays if it needs to be sourced out of state and or overseas.
We will give you a completion date to depend on, as well as an explanation of repairs when discussing your vehicle’s repair process with us.
